The Gene Therapy group at SonaThera is seeking a scientist to become an integral part of the gene therapy drug development effort
The ideal candidate will leverage their mass spectrometry and chromatography expertise to develop assays in support of SonoThera's gene thearpy programs
PhD with 2+ years in analytical chemistry, chmical biology, biochemistry, or a related field.

Develop and perform invitro and ex vivo cellular and/or biochemical assays and expand the company's assay capabilities in immunology, immuno-oncology, and oncology
PhD in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or related field
3+ years academic or biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience

This role is dedicated to optimizing therapuetic communication antibody binders from our RenBiologics program which generates an extensive library to therapeutic antibodies targeting thousands of druggable genes.
The successful candidate will utilize advanced antibody engineering techniques to improve binding affinity, specificity, and therapeutic functionality
PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field
2+ years of relevant experience

Have a strong technical background in Protein/Peptide chemistry is required.
Have a strong understanding of protein/peptide behavior to modify, identify, and purify the active protein/peptide from a complex natural source.
PhD in Protein Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field

The R&D team at Twist is searching for a curious, thoughtful, and driven molecular biologist with excellent lab hands to help us develop new products and applications for the Synthetic Biology space
